Toning & Shaping

25 minutes

Mixed of strength and cardiovascular exercises using a specific impulse focusing on 10 different muscle groups (quadricep, hamstring, glute, abdominal, lower back, upper back, chest, shoulder, bicep, trice). This program is equivalent to 90 minutes in the gym.
 

Fat Burn

5 minutes

The customer will be completely lay down on the mat. This type of impulse is not targeting the muscles, it is just focused on the fat burn.
 

Massage

5 minutes

The customer will continue lay down. This program is specially design to relax the body and is very pleasant.
