What is EMS?

It is the way of exercising the muscles using local electrical impulses, also known in the fitness industry as EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation). The impulses are generated from power packs and transmitted by bluetooth connection through electrodes located on the muscles to be stimulated. These impulses are of low frequency and generate a muscle contraction in the desired areas according to the person’s goals (from muscle gain to fat loss).
EMS technology has been applied in physical training for decades. It allows to stimulate different muscle areas simultaneously, comfortably and effectively. It complements and enhances the results of training programs. The scientific community supports EMS through numerous studies that rate it as very effective.
